Product Introduction
EOS equipment TIC-EOS02 connects telecommunication SDH network with Ethernet. Carrier is able to transport 100Mbps Ethernet service over SDH transmission network using TIC-EOS02 equipment without need of reconstructing IP data network, thereby to protect investment in existing network. TIC-EOS02 equipment with excellent performance and low cost have been widely applied in expanding broadband service cost-effectively, and suitable for application in telecommunication network, TV broadcast network, IP service provider (ISP), campus network, and construction of intelligent residential block etc. TIC-EOS02 equipment allows Ethernet switch to be connected directly to SDH network, and allows for Ethernet data running directly on SDH network in Layer-2. Application of the equipment can increase network operation speed and guarantee end-to-end service isolation, security, inter-operation as well as broadband. It can also provide low latency, remote performance monitoring function, and functions of remote fault indication, active flow control for burst service etc. The equipment adopts full modular design meeting personalized requirement for telecommunication carriers. TIC-EOS02 equipment complies with relevant standards including ITU-T Rec. G.707.
