Term of Service and Statement
Please read carefully before registration:
1.  Acceptance of Service Term of the Topone Information Technology Co., Ltd Website (hereinafter briefed as Topone Website)
Topone Website is invested by and operates for Topone Information Technology Co., Ltd and its services provided are fully in compliance with its issued service items and operating rules. The users mentioned in this service term indicate those who are in full agreement at the entire service term and those who have completed the registration process or those who access services of this website yet have not registered.

2.  Modification and Amendment of Service Term
Topone Website reserves the right to modify this service term at any time, and will notify the modified contents on the webpage once there is a change in service term. When using special service of Topone Website, the users shall accept any time the rule or description in relation to this special service provided by Topone Website, and this rule or description becomes a component of this service term. Users can cancel by themselves the given network service if they do not agree at the modification of service term; Users are taken as having accepted the modification of service term if they continue using the network service. 

3.  Description about Service
(1)  Topone Website provides users with rich online resources through Internet with its own OS, including various information about products, technical data, E-Business, and messages, etc. (hereinafter briefed as This Service). Any new functions for enhancing or strengthening current services, including new products, are all applicable to the term of This Service unconditionally. 
(2)  Topone Website shall not bear any liability for the network service, namely, undertake any risks for user application of the network service. Topone Website does not guarantee that its services can surely meet the application requirements of users, neither ensures that its services will not be interrupted, nor vouches for the timeliness, security and accuracy of its services. 
(3)  To make use of This Service, users must: 
a.  Configure their own equipment, including computer, data processor or other access unit necessary for interconnection with Internet;
b.  Pay their own costs related with This Service. 
(4)  Users shall agree to accept This Service: 
a.  Provide complete, authentic, accurate, and updated personal information; 
b.  Keep updating the registered data, to comply with the requirement mentioned in above (4) a. 
If user provides any wrong, false, outdated or incomplete data, which is confirmed by Topone Website; or Topone Website is justified to doubt about the above-mentioned data as erroneous, inauthentic, outdated, or incomplete, Topone Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account, and refuse for the present or for the future access of all or part of This Service. 

4.  User Privacy System
Topone Website will not publicize, edit, or disclose users’ personal information and their non-open contents saved in the Topone Website when it is not authorized by the users, except for the following circumstances: 
(1)  Related legal regulations or legal rules for service procedures of the Topone Information Technology Co., Ltd; 
(2)  Ton maintain user and public rights and benefits in emergency cases; 
(3)  To vindicate trademark privileges of Topone Website; 
(4)  Other circumstances required to publicize, edit or disclose personal information. 

5.  User Account Number, Password, and Security
Once a user has succeeded in registration, he/she becomes the legal user of Topone Website, and will be given a password and account number. The users are obliged to keep secure the password and account number. They shall bear the full liability for all the events performed using this password and account number. User should close the account after each login, or user would be unable to get the safety protection of Topone Website. 

6.  When posting content on the public access webpage of This Service, the users are regarded as having authorized Topone Website with free access right and non-exclusive access right, and Topone Website reserves the right to copy, modify and publish the above-mentioned contents for display, dissemination, and extension of the foregoing posted items based on service goals. 

7.  Users are not allowed to copy, sell or put This Service to other commercial purpose.

8.  Topone Website reserves the right to stipulate and modify the general measures for using This Service, inclusive but not limited to such measures as decisions on time for retention of emails or for upload of other contents, and restriction of email receiving number for one account number of This Service, etc. Topone Website shall not undertake any liability if it has been unable to save or delete contents or other messages of This Service. Topone Website is entitled to terminate an account number which user has not used for a long term.

9.  Intellectual Property Rights and Other Titles of Topone Website 
(1)  Topone Website enjoys corresponding rights for This Service and software packs used for This Service including intellectual properties or data and materials protected by other laws;
(2)  Information and messages transferred with This Service shall be protected by copyrights, trademark right, patent law and other laws; Users are not allowed to modify, lease, disseminate, or derive into other works without expressly authorized permission of Topone Website. 
(3)  Users have the non-specialized access right for the software used with This Service, however, they are not allowed for themselves or permit any third party to copy, modify, sell, or derive into products. 
(4)  All design patterns, products and service names of the Topone Website are the trademarks enjoyed by Topone Information Technology Co., Ltd. Nobody is allowed to use, copy, or put them to other purposes. 

10.  Revision and Termination of Service
Topone Website reserves the right to modify or terminate This Service (or any part) temporarily or permanently at anytime, regardless of whether a notice is made or not. Topone Website bears no liability for modification or termination of This Service to user or any third party. Topone Website has the right to terminate user account number, password or use of This Service based on any reason, or delete, transfer the contents stored and posted by user in This Service. Topone Website shall not at all make any announcement before taking the above-mentioned actions, and undertake no responsibility to user or any third person. 

11.  Notice
Topone Website sends notices to users in the form of emails or webpage bulletin or conventional letters. When service term is modified or any change takes place in other issues, Topone Website will make notifications in the above-mentioned forms. 

12.  Applicability and Domination of Laws
Validity, implementation, interpretation of the term for This Service and settlement of any disputes are all subject to the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the local board of arbitration, and its arbitrament shall be final. Any part of this service term shall become invalid for being in conflict with laws of the People’s Republic of China currently in force, while other parts still remains effective.
